In short: each product has its own terms, listed below, and those are the ones that apply. This page says who sells what, how payment works, and how to reach us.
NEXUSCORTEX LLC (“we”) makes Tabdial, ปฏิทินวันพระ and いっしょシフト. What you get, the price, renewal, cancellation and refunds are on each product's own page; nothing on this page changes them.
Each product
- Tabdial: Tabdial Purchase Terms for the one-time unlock, with a full refund within 30 days. Also in 简体中文, 日本語 and five other languages.
- いっしょシフト: 利用規約 (terms of use, with an English summary) and 特定商取引法に基づく表記, with the price, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds of Pro, in the apps and on the web.
- ปฏิทินวันพระ: Pro is a one-time purchase in Google Play or the App Store, under the store's terms and refund rules. See the app's page.
Who sells
- Tabdial's US$9 unlock: Link, Stripe's checkout service, as reseller and merchant of record, under Link's terms.
- Tabdial's ¥29 unlock in mainland China and いっしょシフト Pro on the web: NEXUSCORTEX LLC, on Stripe's checkout page.
- Purchases inside the apps: Apple in the App Store and Google in Google Play, under their terms.
Payment
On our website you pay on Stripe's checkout page, which shows the final amount before you pay, and we never see your card details. On card statements, payments to NEXUSCORTEX LLC appear as NEXUSCORTEX.
Cancellations and refunds
Each product's terms above say how to cancel or get a refund. If something went wrong with a payment, email support@nexuscortex.dev from, or mentioning, the address you paid with. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
