In short: each of our products has its own privacy policy, which says exactly what it keeps and where. None of them shows ads or contains analytics or tracking, and we never sell your data. Our website counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. When you pay on our website, you pay on Stripe's checkout page and your card number never reaches us.
This policy covers NEXUSCORTEX LLC (“we”) as a company: what our products have in common, payments and email. What each product stores, and why, is in that product's own policy, and that policy is the one that applies to the product.
Each product
- Tabdial, the speed dial for the new tab in Chrome, Edge and Firefox: Tabdial Privacy Policy, also in 简体中文 and six other languages.
- ปฏิทินวันพระ, the Thai Buddhist calendar app: นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว, in Thai and English.
- いっしょシフト, the shift scheduler for small shops in Japan, as an app and on the web: プライバシーポリシー, in Japanese with an English summary.
What they have in common
- No ads, analytics or tracking code in any of them.
- We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
- When a product keeps something on our servers, its policy says what, why and for how long. Our servers run on Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which processes the data on our behalf.
- We share information only with the services that run our products, named in each policy (such as Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for our servers), or when the law requires it.
- Our website and servers are reached only over HTTPS, card numbers never reach them, and our Stripe account is protected with two-step verification.
Our website
The pages of nexuscortex.dev count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, run by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and doesn't follow you across sites or visits. For each page view it reports the page's address (without anything after “?” or “#”), the site you came from, and your browser, device type and country, which Cloudflare works out from your IP address without passing the address on to us. We see only totals, such as how many people read a page and where they came from, and use them to learn which pages are useful. Cloudflare handles the data under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Pages with a key or code in their address, and the いっしょシフト web app, don't count visits.
Payments
On our website (Tabdial's unlock and いっしょシフト Pro on the web), you pay on the checkout page of Stripe, Inc. (USA). Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us. What you enter there, such as your email address, name and country, and the brand and last four digits of your card, is kept in our Stripe account, so that we can send receipts, answer questions about a payment and give refunds. Stripe handles it under the Stripe Privacy Policy. Tabdial's US$9 unlock is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which also follows Link's privacy policy.
In the apps, purchases go through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment details; each app's policy lists what we do receive to turn its paid features on.
When you write to support@nexuscortex.dev, we keep the conversation so that we can answer and follow up, and use it for nothing else. Ask us and we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by email to support@nexuscortex.dev. We answer within two business days. This does not limit any rights you have under the law of your country.
